Currently, hourly pay rates can be configured for employees, allowing payroll to be calculated based on the exact hours worked.
This feature would allow teams to define a minimum shift pay or minimum payable hours per shift, ensuring employees receive a guaranteed minimum amount regardless of actual hours worked. For example, if a 5-hour minimum is set, an employee who works 3 hours would still be compensated for 5 hours.
