Currently, employee rates can only be sent as hourly, monthly, or yearly rates.

This feature would allow admins to define the pay rate per job, per employee.

Example 1: Employee may earn 10$ an hour while working Job A, and 12$ an hour for Job B.

Example 2: Employee A may earn 10$ an hour while Employee B earns 12$ an hour working the same job.
