Currently, statutory holiday pay is calculated using fixed rates and multipliers rather than dynamic calculations based on employee earnings, hours worked, or other jurisdiction-specific lookback formulas.

This feature would allow Connecteam to calculate holiday pay for hourly or variable-schedule employees based on recent earnings or hours, such as a 4-week lookback formula, and include the correct amount in payroll.
