Time Clock

Currently, there is no way to add job codes to jobs. This feature would allow admins to add a job code which can be exported and mapped for payroll purposes. Currently, locking timesheets is done by entering a specific user and then locking their timesheets individually. This feature would allow admins to lock all employee timesheets simultaneously before exporting for payroll. --- Is this a feature you would like to see? Currently, employee rates can only be sent as hourly, monthly, or yearly rates. This feature would allow admins to define the pay rate per job, per employee. Example 1: Employee may earn 10$ an hour while working Job A, and 12$ an hour for Job B. Example 2: Employee A may earn 10$ an hour while Employee B earns 12$ an hour working the same job. --- Is this a feature you would like to see? This feature would allow admins to see the actual time employees worked during a particular shift. It shows when they clocked in and out and the difference between planned and actual work hours. This can make it easier to compare the planned hours that employees are scheduled to work with the actual hours that they clocked in. --- Is this a feature you would like to see? Currently, it is not possible to quickly round hours in the timesheets. This feature would allow admins to decide if they wish to round time up, down, or to the nearest hour in 15, 30, or 60-minute increments. --- Is this a feature you would like to see? This feature would give admins an improved overview of which users locked their timesheets before exporting for payroll.
