Time Clock: Break settings per employee instead of per clock

Time Clock: Flat Rate per Shift/Job

Currently, jobs are paid based on an hourly rate and hours worked. This feature would allow a fixed flat rate to be set per shift or job, regardless of the number of hours worked. — Is this a feature you would like to see?
