Currently, when an admin adds a new document on behalf of his user, the user is not being notified. This feature would allow users to have more information regarding important documents on their profile and will be notified as soon as the document is uploaded by the admin. — Is this a feature you would like to see? Enable admins to mark specific documents as required so that if an employee’s document is missing or expired, an alert will appear in the Job Scheduler. This allows admins to decide whether to assign the shift despite the missing document, ensuring compliance. The alert also shifts responsibility to employees, prompting them to keep their documents up to date.
