Help Desk: Addressing queries on Mobile
Currently, agents only receive notifications and can read, respond to, and close tickets through the admin dashboard. Help Desk: Agent Assignment Visibility in “All” Tickets
This feature would allow users to see which agent is assigned to each conversation when viewing the “All” tickets tab.
